(Updated) Juhlia kaikkialla / Parties everywhere

Lauantaina vietin iltaa alakerrassa kämppäkavereideni kanssa. Sunnuntaina kävin Harajukussa seikkailemassa ja leikkautin tukkani extemporeena Inokashira-koen juna-aseman edessä olevassa kampaamossa. Kävelen siitä ohi joka päivä joten kampaaja itseasiassa tunnisti minut ja oli erittäin iloinen että tulin sinne!

Maanantaina jo näkyi tunnelmassa että seuraavana päivänä on viimeinen kerta koulussa. Tytöt kyselivät kaikenlaista minulta sinä päivänä. Teimme vartalo-pakkaus hoitoja ja lopuksi vielä vahausta.

Tiistaina teimme jälleen pakkauksia ja kävimme vielä Dermalogican vartalo-naamiot läpi kokeillen niitä pareittain. Tämän jälkeen siivosimme paikkamme ja opettajat pyysivät meitä palaamaan teoria-luokkaan. Keskelle huonetta oli katettu pöytä. Kaiken maailman naposteltavia ja juotavia. Pidimme siis pienet läksiäis juhlat kaikkien kanssa jossa söimme ja joimme. Meillä oli jopa shampanjaa! (Renalle ei annettu koska hän on vasta 20 vuotta vanha.) Sain lahjaksi pienen valokuva-albumin ja kortin johon he kaikki kirjoittivat minulle pienen viestin! Pari luokkalaistani jopa hieman itkivät mutta pienen halailu tuokion jälkeen lupasin että menen heidän kaikkien kanssa vielä kerran ulos ennen kuin lähden.

Tyttöjen lähtiessä kotiin, minä lähdin opettajien kanssa viettämään aikaa Shinjukuun ensin todella hienoon izakayaan ja sen jälkeen vielä karaokeen. Tietenkin ilta ei mennyt hirveän pitkälle koska heillä oli vielä töitä seuraavana päivänä. He saattoivat minut asemalle jossa tiemme sitten erkanivat.

Keskiviikkona menin suomalaisen ystäväni kanssa Bradion keikalle Shibuyaan. Molemmat viimeksi niin tykästyimme heihin niin pitihän meidän mennä heidän keikalle yhdessä kun oli se mahdollisuus. Keikan jälkeen menimme vielä kahdeksi tunniksi karaokeen kun siellä oli "Lady's night". Tiskillä oleva henkilö oli niin ihana että antoi meidän mennä naisten karaoke-boxiin jotka on aina erittäin nättejä huoneita!

Torstai meni luokkalaisteni kanssa syömisessä ja jutustelussa. Unohdimme ottaa puricurat, mutta minkäs sille voi! Perjantaina menin Kichijojin juna-aseman vieressä olevaan kynsisalonkiin ja hankin itselleni oikein nätit kynnet!

Tänään menin uudestaan suomalaisen ystäväni kanssa keikalle, mutta se oli toinen bändi tällä kertaa. Oli oikein mukavaa nähdä lisää japanilaista bändi-kulttuuria.

On Saturday I spent time with my housemates in the lounge. I went to adventure around in Harajuku on Sunday and did a extempore haircut at a hair salon in front of Inokashira-koen. I pass it everyday so the hairdresser actually recognized me and was happy to have me there.

On Monday in the atmosphere you could really feel that next day was my last day at school. The girls kept asking a lot of things that day.

On Tuesday we did some packing treatments and we also went through the Dermalogica packs and tried them out in pairs. After this we cleaned the room and the teachers asked us to return to the theory class. There was a table all set up. All kinds of snacks and drinks. We threw a farewell party with everyone eating and drinking. We even had champagne! (We didn't give any to Rena because she's only 20 years old) As a present I got a small photo-album and a card where they all had written a small message for me. Two of my classmates even cried but after a small hugging time I promised them I'd go out with them one more time before I leave.

As the girls left the school I left with the teachers to spend time in Shinjuku, first into a very nice izakaya and then to a karaoke. Of course the night didn't go for too long as they still had work on the next day. They kindly escorted me to the train station where our roads went to different ways.

On Wednesday I went with my Finnish friend to Bradio's gig in Shibuya. We both fell in love with them so bad the first time we saw them so of course we had to go to their gig when we had the chance! After the gig we went to do some karaoke for 2 hours because it was "lady's night". The person at the counter was so nice we were given the lady's karaoke box that are always such a pretty rooms!


Thursday went with my classmates with eating and talking. We forgot to take puricuras, but what can you do! On Friday I went to a nail salon that was right next to Kichijoji station and got myself really cute new nails!

Today I went to another gig with my Finnish friend but it was a different band this time. It was nice to see more of that Japanese band-culture!

Pitää kyllä sanoa että edellisillä teoria tunneilla oon pärjänny ihan hyvin, mutta tänään kaikki meni yli hilseen. Tuntui siltä etten tajunnut mitään. Teoria tunti oli siis aknesta. Kuvat ymmärsin mutta kaikki muu oli ihan siansaksaa minulle. Onneksi loput teoria tunnit mitä minulla on on Pamelan opettamia.

Tänään sitten käytiin G5 uudelleen läpi että kaikki varmasti osaavat sen perjantaina (paitsi minä heh heh). Viimeisen tunnin väli vaiheessa minut heitettiin kasvohoito luokaan jossa olin mallina toiselle oppilaalle. Vähän Bellshape:a, G5:sta ja hierontaa. Naureskelin hieman kun tyttö hieroessaan mätki jalkaani. Aivan erilainen hieronta kuin mitä minä olen tehnyt. Erilainen mutta huvittava!

Ennen kuin lähdin koulusta Pamela ehdotti että menisimme ensi maanantaina, jolloin minulla ei ole koulua, katselemaan nähtävyyksiä yhdessä. Mikäpäs siinä!

I have to say that in the theory classes before I had been doing quite well, but today everything went over my head. It felt like I didn't understand anything. The theory class was about acne. I understood the pictures but everything else was gibberish to me. Luckily all the rest of the theory classes I have are taught by Pamela.

Today we went through G5 again just so that everyone definitely knows it on Friday (except me heh heh). In the middle of the last class I was thrown in to the facial treatment classroom where I was a model for another student. Some Bellshape, G5 and massaging. I was laughing a bit when she was smacking my leg while I was being massaged. Completely different massage that I have ever done. Different but funny!

Before I left school, Pamela suggested me that we would go on next Monday, as I don't have school that day, to do some sightseeing together. Why not!

Tänään koulussa meillä oli kasvohoitoa ja koko vartalo hierontaa.

Olin Ayakan parina tänään. Kaksi hieman väsynyttä henkilöä parina, ei ehkä ole niin hyvä idea. Oli aivan älyttömän vaikeaa olla nauramatta koko ajan, etenkin silloin kun Ayaka vahingossa pisti Cleansing Milk:iä sieraimiini. Kävimme ahkerasti moneen kertaan kasvohieronnan läpi ensi viikon "näyttöä" varten. Olen huomannut että en enään niin hirveän hyvin muista minun koulussani opetettua kasvohierontaa. Pitääpä yrittää jossain vaiheessa sitä tekopään, Suzyn, kanssa!

Toisella tunnilla, vartalo luokassa tein Renalle oman kouluni kaavan mukaan koko vartalo hieronnan. Norie ohjaaja katseli silmä kovana mitä tein. Hän välillä tuli kokeilemaan tekemään samaa liikettä kuin minä ja kyseli Renalta miltä tämä tietty liike tuntui. Tuntui olevan hyvin kiinnostunut minun hieronta-kaavastani hyvällä tavalla. Sen jälkeen oli Renan vuoro tehdä koko vartalo hieronta minulle.

Huomenna olen koulussa vain aamu päivän koska luokkalaisillani on vartalo-asiakkaat. Voi olla että vietän myös aikaa ystäväni kanssa koska hän lähtee lauantaina takaisin Suomeen.

Today we had facial treatment and full body massaging at school.

I was Ayaka's partner today. Two slightly tired people as a pair is not such a good idea. It was incredibly hard not to laugh all the time, especially when Ayaka accidently put Cleansing Milk in my nostrils. We diligently went through the facial massage multiple times because of next week's "showings". I've noticed that I don't really remember that well the massage pattern that was taught to us in my school. I think I should try it at some point with the fake head, Suzy!

On the second class in the body room, I did a full body massage to Rena with my own school's pattern. Instructor Norie was keeping a keen eye on me. She time to time came to try the same movement as I and asked Rena how that specific movement felt like. It seem'd that she was very interested in my massaging-pattern in a good way. After that it was Rena's time to do full body massage to me.

Tomorrow I'll be at school only in the morning as my classmates have body-clients. I might also be spending time with my friend as she is going back home to Finland on Saturday.

No kylläpäs minua nyt hemmotellaan! Kyllä tällainenki koulunkäynti mulle sopii haha.

Ensimmäinen tunti oli manikyyri-tunti. Kävimme läpi kynnen anatomian, jonka kirjoitin itsellenikin japaniksi ylös. Pienen tauon jälkeen Ayako teki ensin minulle manikyyrin ja sitten minä hänelle. Kuului vain hengen haukkomisia luokkalaisiltani nopeuteni takia.

Tauon aikana Megumi tuli kysymään jos voisin pelastaa ruokatauon jälkeen yhden oppilaista olemalla hänen asiakas aromaterapiassa että hän saisi harjoiteltua tulevaa koetta varten muiden kanssa. Suostuin pelastus-hommaan ja Megumi kiltisti talutti minut B2 kerrokseen syötyäni. Hoitajanani oli kiinalainen tyttö joka on asunut Japanissa kolme vuotta. Arvaa olinko mustasukkainen kun kuulin tuon...

Siinäpä sitten pedissä olin hoidettavana. Koko vartalo hieronta, kasvohieronta ja päähieronta. En voi valittaa!! Kotiin päästyäni päädyin tekemään kolmen päivän verran ruokaa kun en halunnut aineksien menevän pilalle. Eipä haittaa! Ei tarvitse kokata pariin päivään. Tapasin tänään myös uuden asukin joka on Ruotsista! Oikein mukava henkilö joten vaihdoin tiedot hänen kanssaan.

First class was a manicure-class. We went through the anatomy of nail, which I wrote myself up in Japanese. After a small break Ayako did manicure to me first and then I did one for her. You could hear only ghasping from my classmates because of my speed.

After the break Megumi came to me asking if I could save a student after my lunch break by being her client in aromatherapy so she could practice before her exam with her classmates. I agreed on this saving-business and Megumi kindly escorted me to B2 floor after I had eaten. As my therapist I had a Chinese girl who has lived in Japan for 3 years. Guess how jealous I was when I heard that...

So there I was in bed getting treated. Whole body massage, facial massage and head massage. I can't complain!! After arriving home I ended up making 3 days worth of food because I didn't want my ingredients to go bad. Doesn't matter! Don't have to cook for few days. I also met today a new housemate who's from Sweden! A really nice person, so we switched infoes.

Voi luoja sitä jännitystä aamulla. Tuntui siltä kuin vartalo olisi irtisanoutunut ja jättänyt minut ihan omilleni. Mikään ei luonnistunut ja paniikki jo melkein iski!

Saapuessani koululle kävimme ensimmäisellä tunnilla pareittaan vain hierontaa läpi todella monta kertaa. Hioimme hierontatekniikoitamme niin paljon kuin pystyimme. Tämän jälkeen laitoimme kaikki pedit ja tavarat valmiiksi luokassa. Sen jälkeen ruoka-tauko. Hyvä kun sain syötyä... Ensimmäistä kertaa minulla oli kauheat paineet siitä olinko tarpeeksi edustuksellisen näköinen. Olihan tukka varmasti hyvin?! Ja täytyi olla meikattu!

Tauon jälkeen kävimme vielä hieman läpi asioita jotka piti huomioida ja muistaa. Esimerkiksi se että lattialle pistetään kertakäyttö pyyhe jolle asiakas voi astua otettuaan kengät pois. Ensimmäinen kerta kun minä kuulen mitään sellaisesta!! Jos ennen en panikoinut tarpeeksi niin nyt varmasti tein. Luokkalaisilleni tämä oli normaali asiakaspalvelu päivä, mutta minulle se tuntui kuin olisin näytössä.

Sain asiakkaakseni ihastuttavan amerikkalaisen naisen. Vaikka paniikki-taso oli korkea, koko hoito meni todella hyvin! (Paitsi että unohdin laskea höyryttimen alas asiakkaan ollessa makuulla pedissä, kiitos Megumi-sensei!) Pysyin meidän hyvin tiukassa aikataulussa (Koko hoito on siis 40 minuuttia) ja sain asiakkaani nukahtamaan monta kertaa. Opettajamme Megumi jakoi asiakkaille palaute-lappuset jotka he täyttivät. Siivottuamme luokka menimme vielä teoria-luokkaan hetkeksi opiskelemaan. Saimme käsiimme asiakkaidemme palautteet. Melkein täydet pisteet! Ihanaa!! Nyt sitten vain kaikki tämä uudestaan perjantaina.... jee....

P.S. On kiva kävellä melkein kilometri kaatosateessa juna-asemmalle aamulla. Onneksi kumisaappaat toimii! Sade jatkui iltaan saakka.

Oh god the nervousness in the morning. It felt like my body had resigned itself and left me by myself. Nothing was going well and panic almost struck.

After arriving at the school, on our first class we went through the massage in pairs multiple times. We polished our massaging-techniques as much as we could. After this we made all the beds and placed the products to be ready. After that it was lunch break. Barely managed to eat... For the first time I had horrible pressure if I was enough presentable looking. Was hair ok?! And had to have makeup!

After the break we went through some of the things we had to keep in mind and remember. Like for example that we need to place a disposable towel on the floor where our client could step on after taking off their shoes. That's the first time I've heard anything about that!! If I wasn't panicking enough earlier, I certainly was now. For my classmates this was just an ordinary client-day, but for me it felt like I was in the official exams.

I got myself a lovely american client. Even though my panic-levels were pretty high, everything went well! (Except that I forgot to lower down the steamer's head, thanks Megumi-sensei!) I managed to stay in the tight schedule (Whole treatment is 40 minutes) and I managed to get my client to fall asleep multiple times. Our teacher Megumi handed out some feedback-papers to our clients which they filled out. After cleaning the whole classroom we studied a bit more in the theory-classroom. We got our hands on the feedback-papers. Almost perfect score! Love it!! Now all this again on Friday... yay...

P.S. It's quite lovely to walk almost a kilometer to the train station when it's raining cats and dogs. Thank god my rubber boots are working! It kept raining till the evening.

Oook... semmone  juttu vaan että kuvia tuli otettua päälle kaksisataa joten en todellakaan laita kaikkia tänne. Valitsen vain muutamia!

Tapasin osan luokkalaisistani Shinjuku juna-asemalla Eteläisellä uloskäynti portilla, josta yhdessä matkasimme sitten Kokusai Tenjijou:n pysäkille! Messu alue oli aivan järjettömän iso ja moni-osainen! (Ja omituisen muotoinen...)

Ei ole oikein paljon kerrotavaa paitsi se että pääsin ilmaiseen "Kuiva päänahka hierontaan" joka oli todella maaginen kokemus! Näimme myös Pamelan demonstroimassa Timantti hionta-laitteen ja "lifting" hieronnan. Yhdessä katseltiin ympärillemme ja syötiin myös.

I met some of my classmates at Shinjuku train station's south exit, where we together traveled to Kokusai Tenjijou's train-stop! The expo area was incredibly huge and multi-parted! (And weird shaped...)

There isn't much to tell except that I got a free "dry scalp massage" which was a really magical experience! We also saw Pamela demonstrating diamond peeling-machine and "lifting" massage. We were looking around together and also ate.
